Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the Muse New York Travel website (musenytravel.com, the "Site"), operated by New York Travel Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Services" means all services the Company provides through the Site, including custom itinerary recommendations, walking-tour course information, travel product information and links, the "Walk Together" companion-matching board, and My Trip.
② "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the Services under these Terms.
③ "Member" means a person who has completed identity verification using their name and a verification code (the last 4 digits of a booking number, or a member code issued by the Company) and uses the Services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of These Terms)

① These Terms take effect when posted on the Site, and a User who uses the Services is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent they do not violate applicable laws, and amended Terms take effect on the date they are announced on the Site.

Article 4 (Content of the Services)

① The custom itineraries, course information and similar content provided by the Company are recommendations and guidance to help Users plan their trips. Opening hours, prices, availability and similar details may change depending on local circumstances, so please check the official information of each venue or provider before your visit.
② Reservations, payments and cancellations for external travel products introduced on the Site are governed by the terms and policies of the seller (partner), and the Company is not a party to transactions carried out on external sites.
③ Products sold directly by the Company are subject to the conditions and cancellation rules separately provided during the booking process.

Article 5 (Eligibility and Identity Verification)

① Some Services, such as the Walk Together board, are available only to Members who have completed identity verification.
② Users must use the Services only with their own name and code, and must not use another person's information.
③ The Company may request documents needed for identity verification, such as a booking confirmation; until verification is complete, certain displays (such as a stay-verification badge) may be restricted.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not do any of the following:
① Registering false information or impersonating another person
② Registering a profile photo that does not show your real appearance, such as a photo of someone else or an artificially generated image
③ Posting content that offends others, such as profanity, defamation or obscene material
④ Advertising for commercial purposes or soliciting illegal activity
⑤ Interfering with the normal operation of the Services

Article 7 (Nature of the Walk Together Service — Platform Notice)

① "Walk Together" is a connection platform that provides a board and means of contact so Members can find and connect with travel companions. The Company is not the organizer of, or a party to, companion meetups.
② Whether and how companions are proposed, requested, approved and met is decided entirely and independently by the Members themselves, and responsibility for the arrangement, conduct and outcome of a meetup rests with the participating Members.
③ The Company does not intervene in, or guarantee against, disputes between Members, broken promises, or accidents or damages arising in the course of a meetup, and bears no liability except where the Company's own intent or gross negligence is involved.
④ Stay-verification badges, reviews, recommendation counts and similar items displayed on the Site are information shown according to criteria set by the Company; they do not constitute a Company guarantee of any Member's identity, trustworthiness or safety.

Article 8 (Precautions When Meeting)

① We recommend meeting companions in public places, and ask you to take particular care with money transactions and sharing personal information (such as your address or financial information).
② If a dangerous or inappropriate situation arises during a meetup, stop the meeting immediately and, if necessary, call the local emergency number (911) for help.

Article 9 (Management of Posts)

① Rights in, and responsibility for, a post rest with the Member who wrote it.
② If the Company determines that a post violates laws, infringes another person's rights, or may endanger public safety, it may hide or delete the post in accordance with its operating principles.
③ Reviews and recommendations written by Members may be displayed publicly on the Services.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

① The Company is not liable where it cannot provide the Services for reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, communications failures, or interruption of third-party services (maps, external booking/payment systems, etc.).
② In connection with the use of information and connection services provided free of charge, the Company has no obligation to compensate Users for damages unless the Company's intent or gross negligence is involved.
③ Links to external websites on the Site are provided for Users' convenience, and the Company is not responsible for the content of, or transactions on, external sites.

Article 11 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company collects only the minimum information necessary to provide the Services, and does not provide collected personal information to third parties without the individual's consent.

Article 12 (Change and Discontinuation of the Services)

The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Services where operationally necessary, and in such cases will give notice in advance through the Site. Where there is an urgent reason, notice may be given afterwards.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, USA. If a dispute arises in connection with the use of the Services, the Company and the User will first consult in good faith to resolve it amicably; if consultation does not resolve it, the courts located in the State of New York will have jurisdiction.
